Teen Core Team
The HNOJ CREW Teen Core Team is a community of high school teens who commit each year to serve as leaders in HNOJ CREW youth ministry here at Holy Name of Jesus.
Together they:
- Grow in discipleship through prayer and study
- Build community
- Serve at youth ministry events
- Lead in the planning and dreaming of events: giving talks, leading small groups, and helpings with other tasks
- Attend the annual core team retreat, all Sunday events, and other planned middle school events
Teen Core Team Requirements:
- Have a deep love for Jesus Christ and His Church
- Currently in grades 9-12.
- Sign the volunteer code of conduct (distrubuted at first Teen Core Team meeting)
- If 18, complete background check and virtus training

Adult Core Team The HNOJ Adult Core Team is a community of adults who commit each year to serve as youth ministry leaders here at Holy Name of Jesus.
Together they:
- Serve in HNOJ Crew small group ministry (either monthly or weekly)
- Assist in the planning and leading of high school and middle school retreats
- Discern and Implement the vision for youth ministry at HNOJ
- Call and Invite young people to the love of Christ with the Catholic Church
- Welcome, mentor, and inspire the teens of this community
- Grow in knowledge and love of the Catholic Church
Adult Core Team Requirements:
- Have a deep love for Jesus Christ and His Church
- Be 21 years of age
- Have a current background check on file
- Attend and be up to date on their Virtus training
- Sign the volunteer code of conduct
