As Catholics, we believe that faith is not simply something to be kept to oneself. It is to be experienced within a community: “For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.” (Matthew 18:20.) At Holy Name of Jesus, we offer plenty of opportunities to celebrate our faith as a community through events where we share in laughter, worship, games, fundraising and more. See the menu to the left (desktop) or bottom (mobile) to learn more.
Part of the community experience is understanding that we are all called to branch outside our own walls to serve one another: “Amen, I say to you, whatever you did for one of these least brothers of mine, you did for me.” (Matthew 25:40.) We may do this through sharing the gifts God has given us, through prayer, and through outreach and working toward social justice in our world today.
However you want to get involved, here’s the place to do it—and now’s the time! Learn more about each of these opportunities through the menu on the left.
